Shri Ram Charan Meena, Assistant Director,

Prosecution for the State.

Shri Sardar Singh, SI, SHO, Police Station,

Govindgarh, Distt. Jaipur Metropolitan, is

present in person.

Shri Ramnarayan, complainant is present in

person.

Lawyers are stated to be on indefinite

strike.

This is second bail application filed

by the petitioner.

Earlier bail application filed by the

petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn on 15th

January, 2014 by this Court by passing the

following order : -

“ Counsel for the petitioners having argued

the matter at some length have prayed that the

present petitions be dismissed as withdrawn with a

direction to the trial court to conclude the trial as early

as possible.

As prayed, both the aforementioned

applications are, dismissed as withdrawn.

A further direction is issued to the trial

court to conclude trial of the case within a period of

nine months from receipt of a certified copy of this

order.”

Sub-Inspector, Sardar Singh, Police

Station, Govindgarh Distt. Jaipur Metropolitan

being Investigating Officer has stated that out

of 29 witnesses cited, 9 witnesses have been

examined and thereafter, the lawyers have

proceeded on indefinite strike, therefore, the

trial is not progressing.

Period of nine months commencing from

15th January, 2014 has not yet elapsed. The

present petition has been filed pre-maturely

and same being devoid of merit is, dismissed.
