Appellant has challenged the judgment dated

26.05.2022 passed by Special Judge (POCSO) and Child Right

Protection Commission Act, 2005, No.2, Bundi in Session Case

No.119/2019, whereby he has been convicted and sentenced for

offence under Sections 67-A of IT Act. Alongwith the appeal, the

appellant has filed this application for suspension of sentence.

Heard learned counsel for the accused-appellant as well
