By this common order SB Criminal Misc. Bail Application

No.6027/2014 preferred by petitioner Daya Ram and SB Criminal Misc. Bail

Application No.6028/2014 insituted by Prem Devi, Asha Devi and Kavita Devi shall

be decided together.

Both the petitions have been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for

grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in a case arising out of FIR No.305/2014

registered at Police Station Kotputali, Jaipur for offences punishable under

Sections 143, 447, 323, 341, 435 & 452 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that all the offences except

offence under Section 452 IPC are bailable. Counsel further submits that

occurance in the present case has taken place in the field and thus, the offence

under Section 4
