This writ petition is directed against two orders of

respondent no.1, the Divisional Commissioner, Jaipur Division,

Jaipur. By first order dated 30.07.2012, the Divisional

Commissioner partly allowed the Appeal No.97/2011, titled Ladu

& Others Vs. Authorized Officer Zone-8, Jaipur Development

Authority, Jaipur, without impleading the petitioner as party

therein, and set aside the order dated 17.10.2005 of the

Authorized Officer in respect of land of Khasra no.230

measuring 0.19 hectare situated at Village Mohanpura, Tehsil

Sanganer, District Jaipur, whereby the Authorized Officer,

under the provisions of Section 90-B of the Rajasthan Land

Revenue Act, 1956, ordered for termination of khatedari rights

of petitio
