This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner

Hazi Amin challenging order dated 23.03.2015 passed by the

Board of Revenue for Rajasthan, Ajmer(for short 'the Board of

Revenue') whereby reference has been allowed.

Briefly stated the facts of the case are that agricultural

land of Khasra No. 1621 situated in Village Fatehpur Shekhawati,

Sikar is in joint khatedari of the sellers Amin S/o. Sadiq, Mangtu S/o.

Wazira, Jumradi S/o. Rahim Bax and Yasin S/o. Alladin. The

petitioner purchased some agricultural land measuring 2.02 hectares

through registered sale deed dated 28.05.1992 from the aforesaid

khetedars. An entry to this effect was made vide Mutation No. 1972

and a new Khasra No. 1621/2 was created. Thereafter, the
