Instant appeal has been preferred by the appellants (parents

of the deceased Rajesh Sharma) against the judgment and award

dated 01.10.2009 passed by the Court of Motor Accident Claims

Tribunal (Special Judge, SC-ST), Alwar (hereinafter referred to as

'the Tribunal') in MAC case No.24/2005 whereby the claim petition

filed by the claimants-appellants has been rejected.
