This Misc. Petition under Section 482

Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated

6.4.2010 passed by Judicial Magistrate No.17, Jaipur

City, Jaipur in FIR No. 46/2009 whereby the Court

has directed the police for reinvestigation on

particular points.

The brief facts of the case as narrated in

the petition are that FIR No. 90/2008 has been filed

on the ground that allotment letter issued to the

present petitioner is forged and for the same land,

allotment letter in favour of Sheyoji Ram are genuine

one on which FIR No. 90/2008 has been registered

for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471

and 120 B IPC etc.
