Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that SB Civil

Contempt Petition No.753/2022; Ramdhan Balai versus Dr.

Samit Sharma & Ors. & another connected contempt petition

involving identical controversy has already been dismissed by this

Court vide order dated 08.05.2023. He, therefore, prays for

similar order.

Heard and perused the order dated 08.05.2023 passed by

this Court in case of Ramdhan Balai (supra) and another

connected contempt petition.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by

learned counsel for the petitioner and the order dated 08.05.2023,

this contempt petition is also dismissed.
