Judgment / Order

01/10/2020 (1) These bunch of writ petitions raise common question and, therefore, have been heard together and are being decided by this common order.

(2) The brief facts which require to be noticed for adjudication of the bunch of these writ petitions are that the National Health Mission Rajasthan through Rajasthan State Health Society invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of Community Health Officer (hereinafter referred to as 'CHO') on purely contractual basis under advertisement dated 31/08/2020 and in all 6310 posts were advertised for being filled up on contract basis.

(3) As per the advertisement, the minimum educational qualification required for the post has been mentioned as B.Sc. in Community Health or Nurse (GNM or B.Sc) or Ayurveda Practitioner (BAMS) from recognized university and secondly must be registered in respective Rajasthan Nursing Council/Board of Indian Medicine Rajasthan in Rajasthan.

(4) The age criteria is from 18 years to 45 years as on 01/01/2021 and monthly honorarium has been fixed as Rs.

25,000/- per month.

(5) All the petitioners who have preferred these writ petitions have assailed the condition of the advertisement
