The present PIL petition has been filed seeking

direction to notify the Rajasthan Apartment Ownership Act, 2015

passed by the State Government.

2.

It is stated by Mr. Anil Mehta, learned AAG that the Act

has been duly notified. Whereafter, by order dated 11.05.2020

learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the

promulgation of the Rules were under proce
