This parole writ petition has been filed by the petitioner

for grant of second parole of 30 days.

The petitioner has been convicted and sentenced vide

judgment dated 09.09.2008 by learned Additional District & Sessions

Judge, Aklera, District Jhalawar in Sessions Case No. 74/2008 for

offences under Sections 366 and 376(2)(g) IPC and serving sentence

of ten years rigorous imprisonment in District Jail, Jhalawar. The

petitioner preferred S.B. Criminal Appeal No. 1125/2008 before this

Court which is still pending. It is contended that the petitioner was

earlier granted first parole of 20 days from 18.12.2013 to
