Heard on application under Section 5 of the Limitation

Act for condonation of delay.

We are not not satisfied with reason assigned in the

application for condonation of delay. There is an inordinate delay

of 331 days and the matter pertains to grant of interest of pension

and the petitioner has retired way back in the year 1998.

Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is

dismissed.

Accordingly, Special Appeal is also dismissed as barred

by limitation.
