Counsel for the parties have jointly

requested that the controversy, which has been

raised in the instant petition, has been

decided before the main seat at Jodhpur in SB

Civil Writ Petition No.2183/2011 and other

connected writ petitions by a common judgment

dated 31/05/2011, the operative part of which

is reproduced as under:-

“I am of the opinion that the action

of

the

respondent

corporation

prescribing less cut-off marks for

the General category candidates and

higher cut-off marks for the reserved

category candidates is a flagrant

violation of the adjudication made

and law laid down by the Hon'ble

supreme Court in (1)Indra sawhney Vs.

Union of India, AIR 1993 SC 477, (2)

R.K. Sabharwal Vs. State of Punjab

(1995)2 SCC 745 and (3) Rit
