This writ petition, which has been filed assailing the legality

and validity of the order dated 12.08.2021 passed by learned

Additional District Judge No.6, Jaipur Metropolitan II in Civil Suit

No.47/2020, is being disposed of in following terms as agreed and

requested by learned counsels for the respective parties:-

“(i) the order dated 12.08.2021 is

quashed and set aside.

(ii) the application filed by the petitioners

under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151

CPC is allowed.”

However, looking to the age of the suit, learned trial Court is

requested to expedite its trial and disposal.

The pending application No.1/2022 also stands disposed of

accordingly.
