Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section

439 of Cr.P.C.

2.

F.I.R. No.266/2018 was registered at Police Station Kotwali,

Baran District Baran for offence under Sections 341, 323, 504,

325, 308/34 I.P.C.

It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that charge-

sheet has been filed. Co-accused has been enlarged on bail by this

Court. Injury caused to the injured is not dangerous to life. Trial

will take time.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the second bail

application.
