These criminal appeals under Section 14-A of the SC/ST

(Prevention of Atrocities) Act have been filed in connection with

FIR No.428/2021 registered at Police Station Beawar City, District

(2 of 2)

[CRLAS-1432/2021]

Ajmer for the offence under Section 143, 341, 323, 325 & 307 of

IPC and Sections 3(1)(R)(S), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST Act.

Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned Public

Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant.

Taking into consideration that the injured is seriously unwell,

thus, her statement could not be recorded and in the medical

report, there are injuries which are dangerous to life and

investigation is still pending, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

petitioners.

These Criminal Appeals are accordingly dismissed.
