Petitioner has filed this writ petition for

quashment of order dated 26.06.2013 of learned JDA

Appellate Tribunal and the notice dated 21.06.2013

issued under Section 72 of the JDA Act, 1982. Further

prayer is made for a direction to respondent no.2 to

consider the petitioner's application seeking allotment

of “strip of land” in terms of the Rules

It is argued by learned counsel for petitioner

that learned JDA Appellate Tribunal has not issued any

specific direction to the respondents for deciding the

application of the petitioner for allotment of “strip

of land” as per Rule 23 of the Rajasthan Municipalities

(Disposal of Land) Rules, 1974, according to which the

respondents are duty bound to decide the applicati
