This criminal revision petition has been filed against the

order dated 14.07.2021 passed by the learned Additional District

& Sessions Judge, N.D.P.S. cases Jaipur Metropolitan-first,

(Rajasthan), whereby the application filed by the accused-

petitioner under Section 451 read with Section 457 Cr.P.C. for

releasing the vehicle car Hyundai Grand i10 bearing registration

No.RJ-14-VC-8781 has been dismissed.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

the petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle and there is no
