By way of instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has

been made to the orders dated 26.7.2021 passed by learned

Judicial Magistrate No.4, Bharatpur, in connection with FIR No.

92/2021 registered at P.S. Chiksana, Distt. Bharatpur whereby the

learned Magistrate has rejected the application filed by the

accused Mahendra under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. The revision

petition was preferred against the order rejecting default bail, but

that too has been dismissed by the learned Special Judge, Dacoity

Affected Area, Bharatpur vide order dated 4.8.2021 in criminal

revision No.28/2021 (CIS No.29/2021).
