By this common order, S.B. Criminal Misc. Petitions

No.3884/2018 and 3885/2017 between the same parties shall be

decided together.

Petitioner on two different dates had issued cheques in

favour of the complainant respondent. The said cheques on

presentation had bounced. Petitioner was tried by the court of

Judicial Magistrate Ist Division No.1, Beawer, District Ajmer, in

criminal case No.749/2017(345/2011) and criminal case

No.348/11(38/2017). In both the cases petitioner was convicted

for offence under 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and was

awarded sentence.
