Present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising out of FIR

No.19/2016, registered at Police Station Unhel, District Jhalawar for the

offences under Sections 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9 of the Rajasthan Bovine Animal

(Prohibition of Slaughter And Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export)

Act, 1995.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the

prosecution story, the petitioner and co-accused were transporting 14 cows

and one dead calf. Counsel for the petitioner has contended that the

coordinate Bench of this Court on 03.06.2016 vide S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail

Application No.6291/2016 h
