Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the

accused petitioner challenging the order dated 05.02.2014, whereby the

compromise entered into between the parties for the offence under

Section 420 and 120 IPC have been attested, but the compromise in

respect of the offence under Section 51/63 of the Copy Right Act has

been declined on the ground that the said offence is not compoundable.

After taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of

the case as well as the fact that the parties have entered into a

compromise and that the complainant, present in person before this

Court, admits with regard to compromise having entered with the

accused petitioner, it is deemed just and proper to allow this criminal

miscellaneous petition
