The instant petition has been filed for quashing of criminal

case No. 315/2010 arising out of FIR No. 92/2009 registered with

police station Dargah, Ajmer for the offences punishable under

Sections 453, 143 and 341 IPC.

Both the parties are present in court and submit that they

have already compromised the matter and a written compromise

is on the record. After compromise continuance of criminal

proceedings would be an abuse of the process of law. Hence,

criminal proceedings arising out of the impugned FIR stands

hereby quashed and the petition stands allowed.
