Petitioner has filed this writ petition for a

direction to the respondents not to cut green trees situated

in the field of Mandir Muafi land and also directed to auction

openly for cultivating the agriculture of the Mandir Muafi

land of temple Shri Van Biharji situated in revenue village

Seval Post Teski (Nagar), District Bharatpur, It is also

prayed that respondents be directed to select Baba Ram Lakhan

Das Gufawale as President of the Trust, in place of Tehsildar.

According to respondents, the Trust is headed by

Tehsildar. There is land measuring 157 bighas, which is mandir

muafi land. The land is put to auction openly and whoever

gives higher bid is allowed to cultivate the land in question.
