The petitioner is an accused in FIR No. 422/2014 registered

with police station ACB Jaipur. The petitioner had sought for

permission of the Trial Judge to travel abroad. The petitioner is an

Advisor to Rajasthan Cricket Association and he has to go to Dubai

in connection with the business of cricket association.

By the impugned order dated 22.08.2022 learned trial Judge

granted permission to the petitioner to visit abroad, however

imposed certain conditions in para-22 or order which according to

the petitioner is onerous one. Learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that in the past also petitioner was allowed such prayer

by the trial Judge on 30.07.2018 a copy at Annexure
