The present bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.

87/2021 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Ajmer for the

offence(s) under Sections 420, 120 IPC and Sction 65 of I.T Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

has been wrongly implicated in this case. The offence is triable by

Magistrate. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that

the petitioner is behind the bars since long and conclusion of trial

may take long time.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
