02.03.2012 passed by the District Collector

(Supply), Baran is appealable under clause

(b) of sub-Section (1) of Section 22 of

Rajasthan Foodgrains & Other Essential

Articles (Regulation of Distribution) Order,

1976.

Submission of the learned counsel

for petitioner is that respondents have not

considered their own guidelines and have

passed the order, contrary to the guidelines

issued by the respondents, therefore, this

Court can entertain the writ petition

directly also.

In my view, an alternative remedy by

way of statutory appea
