This   writ   petition   has   been   filed   by   the

petitioner with the prayer that the respondents be

directed to provide appointment to her on the post

of Teacher Gr.III as per the marks secured by her

in   the   examination   after   adding   the   prescribed

percentage of the RTET marks with all consequential

benefits.

Petitioner   applied   for   the   post   of   Teacher

Gr.III (Level‐II). She was allowed to appear in the

examination   with   Roll   No.21113580   in   OBC   (WE)

category.   In   the   result,   she   was   shown   to   have

secured   total   150.40   marks   in   the   written

examination. 20% marks secured by each candidate in

the RTET shall have to be added to the total marks

secured   by   the   candidate   in   the   recruitment

examination for appointment on the post of Teacher
