By the Court:-

This writ petition seeks to challenge the

notification dated 07.07.2009 (Annexure-3) by which

powers conferred upon the petitioner Bank under

Sections 99 and 100 of the Rajasthan Cooperative

Societies Act, 2001 (for short, 'the Act of 2001'),

were withdrawn. Originally those powers were

conferred upon the Chief Executive Officer of the

petitioner Bank by notification dated 10/11.06.2003

issued by the Government.

Vide

subsequent

notification dated 07.07.2009 which is impugned

herein, was also issued by the Government. Learned
