The petitioner has filed this IInd interim bail application

under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.324/2021

registered at Police Station Sanganer Sadar, District Jaipur City

(South) for the offences under Sections 363, 366, 344, 376 (ढ)

IPC and Section 5/6 of the POCSO Act stating that the petitioner’s

sister is getting married.

Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and

perused the material made available on record.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application.

The verification report was asked and it has been received

which shows that a girl who is getting married is not the real sister

of the petitioner but one of his cousin. A perusal of the marriage

card also shows that there are several other brothers and sisters

of the concerned girl who is getting married. Therefore, no case

for interim bail is made out.

The IInd interim bail application is accordingly dismissed.
