Heard counsel for the parties on the review petition.

Counsel for the review petitioner submitted that S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.19101/2015 was decided by this court vide order

dated 10.8.2021 relying upon the order dated 23.02.2021 passed

in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8572/2015 (Rakesh Kumar Vs.

Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & O
