This appeal is filed by the original petitioner to challenge the

judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 09.12.2020 passed in

Civil Writ Petition No.9350/2020. Briefly stated facts are that the

petitioner was discharging his duties as a Lecturer in the

Government Polytechnic College. He was placed under suspension

by
