Petitioner through his natural guardian father Shri. Niranjan

Singh has preferred this revision petition aggrieved by order dated

04.12.2020 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Karauli whereby the

application filed by the petitioner under section 12 of the Juvenile

Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act was rejected.

It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the

petitioner is a juvenile and the trial may take long time. Counsel

further submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this

matter. Therefore, the criminal revision may be allowed and the

petitioner be released on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor as well as consel for the

complainant have opposed the revision petition.

I have considered the contentions.

The revision petition is allowed. It is directed that petitioner

be released on bail, provided his natural guardian father Shri.

Niranjan Singh, furnishes a personal bond in the sum of

Rs.50,000/- along with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the

satisfaction of the concerned Juvenile Justice Board with the

stipulation that he shall produce the petitioner before the concerned

Juvenile Justice Board on all dates, till the enquiry or trial is

completed. His natural guardian father shall ensure that the

juvenile in conflict with law, maintains good conduct and behaviour.
