Petitioner through his natural guardian father Shri. Niranjan
Singh has preferred this revision petition aggrieved by order dated
04.12.2020 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Karauli whereby the
application filed by the petitioner under section 12 of the Juvenile
Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act was rejected.
It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the
petitioner is a juvenile and the trial may take long time. Counsel
further submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this
matter. Therefore, the criminal revision may be allowed and the
petitioner be released on bail.
