BY THE COURT:

This company application seeking dissolution of the company in

liquidation has been filed under Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956

(hereinafter `the 1956 Act').

M/s. Bharat Electricals & Industrial Corporation Limited (now in

Liquidation) was ordered to be wound-up by the Company Court on 29-7-1994

in SB Company Petition No.6/1986. The official liquidator attached to this Court

was appointed as the liquidator of the Company and was directed to take charge

of the assets from the voluntary liquidator Mr. Tali Ram Gupta. The petitioner

was also directed to deposit Rs.2000/- to meet the expenses of liquidation.
