This application for cancellation of bail has been

filed by the complainant-petitioner against the order dated

04.10.2013 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sikar

whereby the bail application filed by the accused respondent

Mohammed Aarif under Section 439 Cr.P.C. had been granted

and he was enlarged on bail.

At the outset, it may be mentioned that the alleged

offences in this case are under Section 420, 467, 468, 471

and 120-B IPC. The reasons for granting bail by the learned

Sessions Judge, Sikar is that the said offences are triable by

Magistrate. Secondly, the investigation is pending and

thereafter on filing of challan, the trial will take time.

After considering the facts of the case as revealed
