Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code

of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R.

No.10/2015 registered at Police Station CID, Jaipur, District

CID (SOG) for the offence under Section 14/24 of Atomic

Energy Act, 1962 and Section 379 Indian Penal Code, 1860

and Section 3 of Prevention of Damages To Public Property

Act, 1984.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

the petitioner is in custody since 6.8.2018. Investigation qua

the petitioner was kept pending. Other co-accused have been
