Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance to the

advertisement dated 02.04.2018, the petitioner applied to

participate in the selection process being hold for Rajasthan

Administrative Services. Counsel further submits that the petitioner

belongs to ‘General’ category but due to bona-fide mistake while

filing up the Online application form mentioned his category as

‘O.B.C. Non Creamy’ in place of ‘General Male’ and this fact came to

the notice of the petitioner when he download the admit card for to

appear in the preliminary examinatio
