After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for

the petitioner submitted that if directions were given to the court

below for considering the case after following principles of natural

justice and after giving due opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner will be met out.

Considering the prayer so made, this court requests the

Court below to proceed with the matter in accordance with law

after giving adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Accordingly, present transfer application stands disposed of.
