The appellant has preferred the instant appeal aggrieved by

the judgment and order dated 2.6.2016 whereby the appellant

has been convicted for offence under Section 376 of IPC and

sentenced to 7 years rigorous imprisonment with fine of

Rs.10,000/-, and to further undergo 3 months rigorous

imprisonment on non-payment of fine.

lodged through a complaint by Hemant Kumar Yadav, husband of

the victim
