By this petition, order dated 18.5.2016 passed u/s 190

Cr.P.C. by Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Bharatpur has been assailed

whereby cognizance for offence u/s 147, 148, 149, 323, 341 325 and

307 IPC has been taken against the petitioners and they have been

summoned by bailable warrants.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no

iota of evidence available in the statements of witnesses recorded u/s

161 Cr.P.C. Later on, when the matter was entrusted to other
