Gupta submits that an application for interim maintenance

was filed under Section 23 of Protection of Women From

Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in Case no. 1/440/2013 ( Paras

vs. Sunil and Ors.) before learned Judicial Magistrate No. 2,

Alwar on 01.10.2013 which has not been decided till date.
