The present bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR

No.311/2022 registered at Police Station Masuda District Ajmer for

the offence(s) under Section(s) 376, 376(2)(N), 384 & 506 IPC

and later on for the offences under Sections 376, 376(2)(N) & 506

IPC.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he

has falsely been implicated in this case wherein, the FIR has been

lodged by a major married lady with children. Inviting attention of

this Court towards her statement recorded under Section 164

CrPC, learned counsel submitted that the allegations of subjecting

her to rape on several occasion
