Instant petition has been preferred on behalf of

petitioners/ newly married couple praying interalia that a direction

be issued to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect them, as they

apprehend danger to their life and liberty at the hands of those,

who are opposed to the marriage.

Newly married couple is present in person. They have

been identified by Mr. Neeraj Sharma, Advocate.

Smt. Neha Apalwani petitioner No.1 present in person

has stated that she is aged twenty two years and she has

obtained degree of M.A. in stream of Economics. She further

stated that she had performed marriage with petitioner No.2,

namely Rahul Hansrajani according to her own free-will & accord

and is living happily with him as a wife.
