Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Dheeraj Singhal

submits that this revision petition may be treated as misc. petition

for which learned Public Prosecutor Mr. N.S. Dhakad has no

objection.

In view of it, this revision petition is treated as misc.

petition.

For statistical purposes, revision petition is treated as

disposed off and misc. petition is registered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file

amended cause title today itself, which has been filed and taken

on record.

In this misc. petition, petitioner- complainant assailed

the impugned order dated 25.04.2017 by which learned Trial court

dismissed the application of petitioner- complainant and refused to

summon the prosecution sanction issued by District Magistrate,

Bharatpur for offence under Section 3/25 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially

charge-sheet was filed against accused Sukhdev Singh son of

Suchha Singh and other co-accused Amar Singh, Rani Bai,

Rukmand Kaur and Munsa for offences under Sections 147, 148,

149, 323, 341, 324, 326, 307 and 302 IPC, thereafter

supplementary charge-sheet was filed against Sukhdev Singh son

of Suchha Singh for offence under Section 3/25 of Arms Act after

seeking prosecution sanction from District Magistrate, Bharatpur

and along with supplementary charge-sheet, prosecution sanction

of District Magistrate, Bharatpur was also submitted which is

apparent from the list of documents submitted along with

supplementary charge-sheet and Vijay Singh is witness of

prosecution sanction whose name was also shown in the list of

witnesses submitted alo
