This interim bail application has been filed

under Section 439 CrPC.

Brief facts of the case are that an FIR

No.177/2016 was lodged at Police Station Paniyala

Distt. Jaipur for the offences mentioned therein,

whereupon the investigation was commenced. During

the course of investigation, the petitioner was arrested.

He moved the bail application before the court below,

which was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has

contended that wife of the petitioner has pregnancy of

more than 8 months. A Certificate of Sanjeevani

Hospital, Madukar Colony (Garh), Kotputli, Jaipur in this

regard has been annexed alongwith this bail

application. Learned counsel for the petitioner has

requested this Court for grant of two months interim

bail to the petitioner upon that this Court has issued

notice
