Heard on application filed for clarification in the order dated

08.09.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.18442/2016.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submitted that

this writ petition along with other connected matters was decided

by this Court in view of the judgment passed by the Division

[WMAP-294/2022]

Bench of this Court in the matter of Managing Committee,

Agarwal Senior Secondary School, Jaipur Vs. Ghanshyam

Sharma & Ors. (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.280/2021)

decided on 17.12.2021.

Learned senior counsel further submits that the petitioners

are liable to make payment to the employee qua their share as

10% instead of 20% as the State Government has sanctioned

90% as grant in aid to the petitioner-institution.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 08.09.2022 is

further clarified that the petitioner-institution is liable to pay 10%

of their share to the employee instead of 20%.

The order dated 08.09.2022 stands corrected accordingly.

This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated

08.09.2022.

This miscellaneous application stands disposed of.s
