Instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner

against the order dated 21.09.2022 passed by Additional District

Magistrate, City Alwar by which notice under Section 107, 116(3),

151 Cr.P.C. read with Section 111 Cr.P.C. has been issued.

At the very outset, it is observed that the said order is

revisable against which revision petition under Section 397 Cr.P.C.

is maintainable. Without availing statutory remedy of filing

revision petition, the petitioner approached this Court. In the

opinion of this Court, this petition is not maintainable and same is

liable to be dismissed and accordingly the same is dismissed. So
