This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging

the order passed by the Revenue Appellate Authority on

01.12.2022.

This Court finds that the order challenged in the writ petition,

cannot be entertained in the writ petition directly under Article

227 of Constitution of India, however, the petitioner is at liberty to

avail the appropriate remedy provided under the law.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
