Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR

No.136/2018 registered at Police Station Balghat, District Karauli

for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307 of

Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is a

case of version and cross-version. Although, as per the FIR,

petitioner is alleged to have given a stick blow on the head of

injured Munna, but injured Munna in his statement has not

attributed the said injury specifically to the petitioner. Co-accused

have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Petitioner is

ready to join investigation.
