The criminal misc. petition has been preferred by the

petitioner seeking interference of this Court in the order dated

19.08.2017 passed by the learned ACJM, Sikrai in criminal case

No. 523/2017 whereby the petitioners were convicted under

Section 13 of RPGO and sentenced to deposit fine of Rs. 100. It is

submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the conviction was

arrived at a plea of guilt made by the accused petitioners,

therefore, instead of imposing fine, the benefit of probation ought

to have been given to them.
